The ONLY Jiffy Lube I go to.. East Bay / Belcher location never has a wait, I pulled right in and saw all my familiar and favorite faces. Shout out to Mr. Emory and the entire staff for always making sure my vehicle is in tip top shape, from a oil change, to all my head lights working to topping off my fluids. Thank you for keeping me rolling ..and always being TRANSPARENT concerning the needs for my vehicle. Annnnd the customer service is PLATINUM LEVEL...always professional, polite, courteous. Just good ole service.

The service team was very welcoming. Emory, the person that communicated the process was very thorough and made sure I was happy with my oil change. I love Pennzoil products. Emory suggested my air filter be changed. I declined, only because I have spare at home. Thank you so much.
Emory was a hardworking professional. Super nice and actually cared. I felt like he was truthful and made sure I understood and saw what he was trying to explain. I trust these guys to always do a great job. The staff works well together. They were all sweating in the heat yesterday and dripping sweat, but no one ever complained. Great job all of them!
