His thoroughness and attention to detail is impressive. Totally worth every cent and will be seeing him for our walk through and 11 month inspections.

Worked with Steve on my first home purchase, he was able to accommodate my shorter closing period and quickly turned around a detailed report uncovering some major issues so I could make a decision as soon as possible, and keeping me informed on site. A couple of weeks ago I had Steve from Inspect-O-Graff inspect my new home build after I had moved in. I had a couple of concerns and wanted a professional opinion.
