I heard many nice words about Steven before I contracted with him to inspect my home for 1 one-year builder warranty. Steven's work simply exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgeable, professional, and pays great deals to details. He also went the extra mile to give me a lot of advice about how the builder warranty works, and what items to pay attention to in the house on the road from here. Steven is absolutely the best inspector I've worked with!

Steve Graff is very professional. It was easy to get an appointment. He was on time, willing to answer questions and explained everything he was doing and looking for when inspecting my home. I am lucky, and there is nothing major wrong with the house, but he found all sorts of little things that should be fixed under the builders warranty and I would have never known to look for them. Well worth the time and money to have him come to the house.
