Brian was extremely knowledgeable! We were in a hard situation with an electric RV jack that met its end of life with our tow vehicle stuck halfway in the street. We had tried six ways from Sunday to fix it, but we needed help. Brian promptly responded, provided insights over the phone, met us within a very short time, helped us find a replacement part quickly, and installed the new electric jack. He even noticed that our tires were a little low and he offered to fill the tires. In my books, Brian’s commitment to making sure we were taken care of is top notch service and very difficult to find.
