I had an appt last sat at 12 and text me to cancel at 10am ...no biggie I rescheduled for this Sat at 12. Was told by other person there, that they didn't think she'd be in. I text her numerous times and never got a response super unprofessional and now I also have a Groupon I need to have refunded for another service I had with her.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I for the first time went to Groupon for a last-minute hair appointment that I scheduled Thursday and got booked for today 07/21/19 . I asked how much she would charge for a full highlight and how I wanted to go more blonde. I get to the place and can’t find exactly where the suite is, due to the fact that she did not explain that she’s an independent stylist in a completely separate companys suite. Once I sat down she asked me where did I hear about her?
