I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and Hair Fairy Godmother Head Lice Rescue. I discovered lice on my 4 year old on a Sunday night and tried to treat her myself. I found nits and more live lice the next morning and contacted Jessica. She was extremely responsive, even to my numerous random question that I thought of throughout the day. She was so sweet and helpful and was never annoyed by my inquiries. When she arrived, she brought all supplies with her and again was so kind, personable, and made the whole process easy and pleasant. She was easy to talk to and told me about her first experience with lice with her daughter and how that got her into the business. She was so relatable and easy to talk to, while meticulously treating my daughter. I was so impressed with her technique and how easy she made it look, even with my daughters extremely long, thick hair. After we were done she texted me post care instructions and even quickly replied to my texts later asking about shampoo recommendations. She even followed up with me the next day to see how my daughter was doing. Jessica was amazing and I would not hesitate to call her if necessary in the future, and definitely avoid the disaster of trying to treat my daughter myself!
