My transaction was complex as we had to replace a roof as part of a real estate deal where I was trying to obtain a mortgage and purchase the property. Jesus, the project manager, showed us why we needed extra carpentry work and his estimate was only $10 off when the additional materials and labor were added up. “I got a mail from my HOA told me that I need to clean my driveway and front roof. I used to do it by myself but I was not available recently. So I hired DPI washing to clean them for me. I'm totally happy with the result. They were much better than when I tried cleaning it myself. Communication was easy and responsive, they showed up right on time, and the work was done quickly and professionally. The pricing was very reasonable compared to some other company that I've found on Google Map, and after finishing the job, they also cleaned up the area around the house, which I really appreciated. After that, I decided to hire them again to wash the rest of the roof as well. The final results were excellent, I like it, my HOA won't bother me now.
