Not only did Mike respond to me on a holiday when I had a roof leak, but set up a time to come out to make sure no more damage was done.. such a great experience from start to finish.. so professional, VIP service and great pricing! To provide some background, we are design/build hospital contractors working in highly sensitive and challenging environment, always cognitive of patients and healthcare professionals. Our clients have high expectations.
We hired 4th Generation for the replacement of our roof. They answered all our questions honestly and accurately during the quoting process; even suggested some cost savings.
