Tony installed LVP flooring and after the installation he has vanished. He is not responding to phone calls. He had promised warantee on the floor. Tony has promised to take care of damaged & scratched floor. Not professional.Service: Install flooring

This job involved 3 rooms of over 858 sq ft. They first had to install Hardie Backer floor raiser so the finished floor would be at the same height as my travertine flooring. Their estimate was competitive with others but they could do the work in a week rather than 6 to 8 weeks from other contractors. They were here for 2 days and extremely professional. Tony, his father, and brother are a great team. They have a slogan on their shirts "we always measure to your expectations!" They did and well beyond. Tony came to my house to review what I needed done provided an estimate and within hours called back to ask me about the carpet removal as I had forgotten to include that as part of the job. When I paid them, I felt I got more value than they were receiving. The floor is beautiful which I wish I had done long ago. Thanks G & R Flooring for the wonderful work and easy change to my house. Anyone needing flooring work performed would be foolish not to hire these professionals.

Highly recommend. Toni is very responsive. He made great recommendations and saved me a lot of money. He's always very patient to explain to me on things I don't understand, and is very transparent about the materials and work he quotes on me. It only took two days for Toni, his father and his brother to install beautiful vinyl flooring and baseboards for me for my entire home of 1100 sq ft. It was very well installed, high quality of work! They helped move around my furniture and moved them back after done. They also help me on extra things like putting felt pads on my furnitures so that the floor won't get scratched. I will surely hire them again in the future!
