Liz, Michelle here. I just want to start by saying that I’m sorry for your horrible experience here at Fashion Nails. Let’s just have an understanding here. You were late, therefore your appointment is no longer “standing”. So to be able to come in, have a seat, and still be able to have your service offered, (during our busiest hours) which should have been a blessing. At no point were you apologetic for that. This is the 3rd time that I can recall that you have came in and insulted my colleagues. The last time you were here, it was a problem that my colleagues were Vietnamese speaking descendants. It's very sad to see this Liz person leave a negative review. This salon has been in business for years and has a long list of loyal clients. I was recommended to Michelle and I am never disappointed. This salon is always clean, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this salon.
I was in fashion nails when Liz Kilmer was there. This account of what happened is not entirely true. You did not quietly talk to your friend about waiting. You said it so loud that everyone in the shop heard you. When Michelle tried to calm you down and let you know that someone would be with you as soon as they could. You stood up in your chair and started getting rude and belligerent with her at no point, did she raise her voice did she yell at you curse at you, or even be rude to you!
