This is a great place to go to from the physicians to the pharmacy all the way to the referrals and authorizations department I have had compassionate Care with all the employees here I want to give a big shout out to Felana in the authorization's department I've had some severe medical conditions and she got my authorizations within 24 hours for all three specialties that I needed to see. Felana understood the severity of my condition and worked tirelessly in communicating with the providers that I needed to see along with the insurance company. I love evera health Dentist office ! Expecially .Alexa and Dr Rivera which went above and beyond for me today. They squeezed me in even with all the extra workload. I've been dealing with the public for over 40 years, so I have very high standards as to the way I expect to be treated when I'm a paying customer, and in today's healthcare system, I'm usually disappointed - and very vocal about it. But not today!!
I was VERY happy with the friendliness of the staff who helped check me in, the woman (Gina) who took me back to the doctor (who did NOT make me wait more than 5 minutes), the woman who took my payment AND your pharmacy was helpful and WAYYYYY cheaper, friendlier and more efficient than CVS has ever been! The offices were clean and well-kept, too, which is comforting.
