I would use Douglas manufacturing again for any project that required windows or doors. They met their timelines as established at the beginning of the project. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The workers were friendly, and considerate to my needs. The finished project is beautiful. Additionally, when budgeting my project, they were honest about things that I did not need that I thought I did! I highly recommend Douglas Manufacturing for all your windows doors and any project.

Douglas Windows is top notch!!! They've replaced several of our windows and done an amazing job!! Professional, personable and efficient. Every employee is easy to work with and demonstrates this highest customer service!! I HIGHLY recommend them and will definiely being using them again!!

First, let's say I got duped by the cookie guy window company. Last December (2022) I agreed on having fourteen (14) windows replaced on my home in Redington Shores with PGT storm windows. The salesman advised me that after I put 50% down that I would get an installation date in two months. Not hearing from anyone after I gave them a huge deposit; I called the company and was advised that the install would be done sometime in June. Feeling like I got one pulled over on me, I waited until June arrived. Still, no one contacted me from the company.
