I had a very pleasant, smooth, informative experience. Receptionist Desiree was super helpful, and accommodating. I met w/ Dr. Jack Rothman, he thoroughly educated me, was easy to speak to, very personable, I greatly appreciated the consult. in the short time we shared I walked away feeling relieved and highly satisfied. From my initial appointment I was hesitant to leave a review, as i tend to be more hesitant. I just finished my first renewal with Dr. Rothman, and between the initial and renewal processes he’s always very kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He likes to ask how the treatments are going, to see if there’s another treatment usage that may suite you better. Adjustments to my prescription are also handled with the same level of compassionate care you’d see at any hospital. Whenever someone asks where they should go for their medical card, I respond DocMJ every time. Thank yo!
If I can give 6 stars I would! This place is amazing. If you’re doubting to go like I was. Don’t. GO! They are sooo friendly and make you feel like you’re an old friend they haven’t seen in awhile. Always happy to see you! VERY knowledgeable. Don’t think twice just go! It’s worth every penny!
