I called Denny's because of a backup in my bathroom. They arrived within an hour, snaked & cleared the line in just a few minutes. Brett was very professional, informative and knowledgable. I will only call Denny's for future plumbing needs.
Reached out to Dennys for some septic issues , As we have used them in the past to relocate drain field. .I was thankful they were able to fix the clog that was causing many issue with in my home. I am very upset though with how my property was left . ripped up the turf on side of my yard The large nails sticking straight up. for anyone to step on. .left my shovel on top of dirt mound . from the large area that they dug up . they didnt bother closing back up even Put a few of the edging stones they took from my garden over the pipes . I was told they would be replacing the filter for septic that was never done. I have never seen a company leave such a mess after a work order. I understand things have to be dug up. But filling in the holes made would think would be done. must alarming is the large nails from turf that was left pointing upwards, for children or pets to be injured. as stated above. I am very grateful for the repair . But the state of the area left was just absolutely unprofessional.
We have a retail store and were getting terrible odors from a restaurant in the building. I got a quote of $2500 just to try and locate the cause from one Clearwater company, but Denny's did the job for a quarter of that price - quickly and expertly. Great people!
