I took about a year’s worth of private lessons from Shannon. I thought my previous Pilates instructor was thorough…I had no idea! Shannon was an excellent teacher who continuously corrected my positioning and execution so that I maximized every movement. I SO miss her lessons, but her studio is about an hour away from my condo. The drive was too much to continue. If she opens a second studio in Pasco County I’m there!!

I am client #1 of Crossman Pilates. I followed Shannon from the previous studio she was working at. YES. She is that damned good. I was in the best shape of my life while working with Shannon. She knows Classical Pilates theory better than anyone I’ve ever studied with (and I’ve been studying for two decades now). There is no better instructor out there. Romana would be SO proud!
