Get your a** kicked while kicking a**. I come here when I come south for my winter break. Beth is so welcoming even though I’m only here a couple weeks a year. I love this workout so much - I wish I could get it at home. It’s intense, but I can punch and kick as hard as I want. It’s not like CrossFit where every other move needs a modification. It’s fun no matter your fitness level!!!
