Couldn't be happier with our choice of Lutron blinds. Whisper quiet motors and beautiful color options. Perfect installation and excellent customer service. Would 100% recommend.
We (my husband Ken and I, Angie) order 3 motorized blinds for our front window. There were a few issues once the blinds arrived but BB was quick to fix the issue and get things resolved in a timely fashion. Our blinds look amazing and we love them!!!!!!!!! A BIG shout out to our installer, Robert - he caught the issue and worked hard to solve the problem and correct the issue. Robert came back the second time to ensure everything was done properly! I hope all your installers are as efficient and professional as Robert!
Great communication throughout the process. The design consultant Jackie was very knowledgeable and answered many questions about the product I was getting. Installation went very smoothly!
