UPDATE: After making original review on Saturday night Tia the Office Manager called me first thing Monday morning. She worked diligently and got a resolution in about week and documentation and inspections were done and she updated us on progress on a regular basis. This issue was solved in a professional and quick manner.
Original review: Work done several years ago final inspection was never done. They don’t answer phone now or return phone calls. Very disappointed.

It went very well. The team was professional and skilled. The job was completed timely. Manager was responsive and answered my questions. He assigned an excellent team that did a fabulous job of restoring my ceiling and fireplace areas.
