Terrible, I did keratin. Before washing it I noticed that my hair was full of waves, I called Cleide and she told me that she would do it again for me, I left work and went there, all over again. I washed my hair at Christmas, I sent her a message, my hair was full of waves, and she said I could do it again with another product. What was wrong with the product she used? I paid $200.00 for the service that I was not satisfied with. Going back and using another product, no.Service: Hairstyling
