This facility was amazing. I watched them get people in and out quickly, short waits. The staff was extremely friendly, caring and had empathy for their patients. I was in and out in 1 hour from start to finish with a broken foot. If I ever need to go to urgent care again, this will be the place, nothing compares to them. Highly recommend
when I became seriously sick I came to see Dr. Wallace.. He looked me over and said "this will be to much for us to handle and I recommend going to the ER".. He was Honest and knew I had something that his office could not handle... I spent 4 days at Morton Plant. I was not charged for the visit so it just proves that he actually wants to help and he is not there just for the money..
this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. they are kind and professional. they listen to you. I highly recommend.
