My shower turned out beautiful, couldn't be happier. My installer, Harry has been with BF for many years and did a wonderful job- very meticulous and kept me posted all along the way. Willing to go above and beyond to make sure the finished project was the way I wanted it! Now I want to do my other bathroom?
We were very pleased using Bath Fitter. We met with a representative, Deborah, who explained the process and pricing going from a bathtub to a shower. She had pictures and samples to help us visualize the finished product and answered all of our questions. Our installer, Ben, did a fantastic job! He informed us of the process involved and took precautions of putting down tarps and making sure when the job was completed it was perfect! Another family member intends on using Bath Fitter after seeing our shower.
I recently hired Bath Fitter to install a custom liner over my worn-out tub in the master bathroom, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Randall, the technician, arrived right on time and got to work immediately. His attention to detail was obvious throughout the entire process—you can see it in the flawless finish of the final product. Not only was the install completed to perfection, but Randall also took the time afterward to sit down with me and walk through everything.
