I had s great experience with master stylist Hailey and a coach or director named Christopher. They looked after me for a touch-up color and cut blow dry. Simply amazing. It's not cheap but then again you're not paying salon price... Most salons do not do all they they did for me! Bravo

Navigating the website is hard because you don’t know the “terms “ to be able to select the service you’re looking for. It very explicitly says first time customer should call for an appointment (I had no problem booking online, which is what I was doing to begin with) . The receptionist to answer the phone was not helpful at all when I asked if she had appointments tomorrow she told me no (No big deal I understand it’s last minute) But Know that there were a lot of options available with their online scheduling tool for tomorrow. I go to the Aveda Institute every month for blonding. I get a different senior level student each time but it’s always been a quality and reliable experience. No hair has been accidentally bleached off or turned gray! 🤣 The instructors monitor the students closely and I always have grogeous color & experience. I only pay ~$100 for the blonding and a botanical treatment! Sometimes less when they are running specials. They also usually have good deals on products too.
