This is the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced. I slept like a baby that night and my lower back and neck pain had really improved! Amy does a great job at explaining the benefits of the massage and how to to post massage care. Definitely will follow her recommendations for the frequency of getting the massages done!
I went in with an insanely tight upper back and painful lower back, and this was a true deep tissue massage. If you’re tired of chain places that waste your time and don’t address real pain, this is the spot. They focus on results, not fluff. I left feeling genuinely relieved and better than I have in I don’t know how long. No-nonsense, effective, and worth every penny. Thank you!
I am from out of town so went here by chance bc it was close by. Amy worked me so hard, I did not think it was possible. Definitely worth the money, she got out so many knots and stretched me well. My back felt better even on the ride home. I have been getting massages for 10+ years but most never apply enough pressure, Amy definitely does. I wish she lived in Missouri for me to see regularly. It was lovely chatting with her too talking about our families. God bless and thank you!
