We love working with ArcDesign. This is our second project and we would highly recommend them. Their process is pretty seamless, and stress free. The office team is awesome, straightforward and lay out the options to get the project moving, Chris D our designer was excellent. Their pricing is very fair, and the timeline for their part of the project is quite reasonable. Permits getting approved through the city was a different thing, but with any hiccup the city threw at us ArcDesign was there to help as needed. I just talked to Kim, and she was supper nice, even though it is a free consultation. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. She provided with an upfront price and I felt comfortable. I was able to get information and will do some steps before I can use their service. But if it comes down I will definitely use their service. Thank you Kim!
