The staff was friendly, but the waiting room was so small. I was hoping for a relaxing area before my spa appointment. It’s really just two small chairs that are in the walkway. Also, they add 18% gratuity to the bill. I would have tipped more, but didn’t want to do the math and didn’t like the assumption that it was a service worth an 18% tip. It was, but that’s for me to decide.

Amazing experience booking back to back massages with my best friend. The staff were most welcoming especially Rebecca at the front desk. She made us feel so comfortable, valued and was very kind.The massages were great, professional and exactly what we needed after jet skiing all day. I had a deep tissue and my friend had the relaxation massage by Michael who was top tier and knowledgeable. Great experience all around and after you have to visit the kokomo's bar in the hotel for one of the yummy cocktails and beautiful view of the bay.

Michael was the best masseuse I have ever had. I have had massages all over the world due to having fibromyalgia for almost forty years. MichEl had techniques that he added to the experience that helped removed my toxins and pain in my joints. Thank you michael
