The staff is described as wonderful, always on time, respectful, and treating patients with care. The front desk and check-out staff are friendly, warm, and welcoming. While the medical services and overall experience are great, there was one issue mentioned with the "outside, robot, scheduling team" that could use some re-education. Overall, patients highly recommend the practice for its excellent medical service.
Everyone was very nice had a few places on my skin that needed attention and he went right at it and made me feel very comfortable same with the nurse they did it all in a timely manner and very low pain level for my first visit there because I just moved to the area from North West Indiana I feel very confident on continuing to see him regularly as my new Dermatologist 😊
I had surgery on my nose to remove pre-cancer cells. Dr. Dane, Dr. Olafson, and the staff were nothing short of great! They explained the procedure, and answered all questions. Highly recommend.
The visit was very quick and easy. All of the staff were excellent and very professional. This is the second time I have been there and both times everyone has been at the top of their profession. I highly recommend them for anyone that is needing any Dermatology work.
