Dr. Zook is wonderful. His bedside manner is great and I feel really confident with him as my doctor because he is very confident. He's nice and not alarmist but I can tell he is thorough and really cares about his patients. The office is happy and sweet. They make me feel really comfortable. I had to call back to get a couple questions answered and they were so kind. Dr. Zook even squeezed me in the next day to answer something for me.
Dr. Spohn was disappointing to me. I specifically asked her about a rather large bump on my back that I could feel, but I could not touch it. I told her it had been there for several months and I was concerned. She told me that it was just a blackhead and would go away on its own. Well, it didn't! I ended up having to go to my PCP so she could "pop" it. I live alone and I could not reach the spot myself. I feel that the dermatologist should have removed it, not my PCP. I will not return to Dr. Spohn.
My appt was with the affable, Dr. Zook. Today's encounter: from front desk to PA to Dr to check out ... couldn't be any better. There was a bit of a wait ... but I wasn't mad bc I am chronically 10 min 'behind schedule.' Paperwork is easy to find in the confirmation text but looked like the tablets were available in office. Dr didnt rush the appt, arrived at dx & suggested a treatment plan to start with ... Didn't go straight for spendy instead opting for the least gnarly but still effective plan. TBD... Beautiful people & beautiful experience - 5* all around !! ps: if wait times make you crazy ... the world doesn't work around... read full review
