Rafe Coxhead is the person to go to when you have any type of computer issue. He responds very quickly when notified of a computer issue and is always able to find the source of the problem and get it fixed. Rafe is extremely patient with those of us without much computer knowledge and is very easy to work with as he sorts out the cause of a problem. After he has worked on my computer it now runs faster and acts like it did when it was brand new.
