From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. Tyler’s leadership stood out immediately—he went above and beyond with such thoughtfulness and compassion. After a very difficult year in 2025, including surviving a traumatic pit bull attack, this trip was deeply meaningful as I celebrated my 60th birthday. Tyler graciously took that into account and made our stay extra special by upgrading our room to a beautiful suite with a living room, kitchen, and—such a gift for four women—two bathrooms. That kindness meant more than words can express.

The front desk team set the tone for the entire experience. Every interaction was warm and welcoming, especially with Nick, whose kindness and joyful spirit made us feel right at home.

Each morning, breakfast was a delight thanks to the attentive and friendly service from David and Michele. They were consistently thoughtful, making sure everything was just right and always delivered with a smile. And Janet from the kitchen was an absolute joy—her warmth and attentiveness made our group feel seen and appreciated every single day.

It’s rare to experience this level of genuine hospitality across an entire team. Every person we encountered contributed to making our stay not just comfortable, but truly special. The property itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who make it shine.

“I saw natalie who was just lovely. I hadnt gotten my hair cut in at least a year. She cut off several inches and gave me the cutest cut. I was so surprised that when i washed it, i didnt even have to style it, everthing just fell right into place. I will be coming back. The salon is very nice too. I did get some product, it was pricey but a little goes a long way. With some hair loss, the product has really helped my hair. If you are looking for a salon, this is it.“
