Absolutely love this place building, staff, location all great. You can walk along the shore to 4 or 5 really good restaurants and shops. The architecture of the building provides great views. Valet Wilmer couldn’t have been nicer and helpful and “bartender”’ (more like mixologist) is amazing and a good singer too. Best ever!
Being that this is a prime location to be close enough to the tourist attractions but far enough to not be subject to the congestion this is ideal. The only knock to this place is I will say the facade could you a slight touch up as there are signs of age. All in all great place with a wonderful staff. I would definitely return.
Let's start off with the bad. Checked into our room. Found 2 full size beds, not queen. The hotel does look a little dated, but it's still very nice. However, we found a cockroach crawling around. Nope! Not gonna put up with that! Immediately went to the front desk and they switched our room immediately. They were very nice and apologetic about what happened and ensured both rooms would be treated right away. Deeply inspected our new room and nothing was wrong. The view of the bay is spectacular, you're literally right over the water. The pool and poolside area is spectacular. The breakfast buffet was delicious, service there was top notch.
