Really enjoyed my stay at this Marriott on Sand Key. The city and ocean view rooms are amazing. Only thing I’d like to see tweaked is the hostess desk placement because it totally looks like a concierge spot, so everyone walks right past it (I did too 😁) It might be worth relocating the desk so it’s directly in front of the restaurant entrance. Other than that, it's an awesome hotel.
I used a resort pass to take me and my daughter to the beach for the day. The customers service and the shuttle that took us right on the beach was perfect. Clear waters and beautiful sand and weather. I can’t wait to go back
Every staff member we came in contact with from the minute we walked in until our last dinner in hotel restaurant was absolutely amazing. Just so friendly, helpful and pleasant. Special shout out to our waitress Cassandra who went above and beyond to make our last dinner so enjoyable.
Hotel was in a perfect location with easy access to trolley. Pool was amazing.
