Very quick and easy. This guy definitely knows what he's doing. I hate it when inspectors from insurance companies take HOURS to inspect my house. His prices are also wayyyy better considering the quality.

His report is very detailed and covered all aspects of the house. He provided detailed information during the inspection and an awesome web site to view his report and comments.
