Mr. Matt Otte gave us the application, which was completed, and one of their chosen back accepted our application—mind you, our credit wasn’t good at the time. We started by July 15, 2025, and got approved on July 17, 2025. We had to submit all requested documentation, which we did, and then followed the steps to completion with the bank:

My husband and I have not bought a house yet. We have looked everywhere (5 years doing this) and decided to go into Wayne Frier. We have gone time and time again and have decided they will get our business. Our sales representative is Matt Otte, have not only spend time with us every time, he has tried anything and everything to make sure we have an understanding of the purchase process. Very satisfied with the entire process so far.
