Brought my kiddo here for an ear infection after a long day at Magic Kingdom. The staff was quick, and kind! Also very conveniently located! If we had a need again, we would come here to be seen!
I loved all of the staff and how helpful and comfortable they made me. Carlos Cruz was my nurse and he truly was the best. I will definitely be coming back if i have any future emergencies.
I had a very good experience at this Emergency Room in ChampionsGate. I took my son there because he was very sick with pharyngitis. He was vomiting a lot and became dehydrated, and I was very worried about him.
From the moment we arrived, everyone was very kind, caring, and helpful. The doctor was wonderful, and the entire team took excellent care of my son. I especially want to thank Pedro, Alex, and Carlos Cruz for their kindness, patience, and excellent care. I am sorry that I cannot remember the names of everyone who helped us, but the whole team was amazing.
