“My experience this time was excellent. About 10 months ago, I came in for an eyebrow cover-up appointment at the Dr. Phillips location. At the time, Sara Cosper was on maternity leave, and I was assigned to another technician. While I never wanted to leave a negative review, I left feeling disappointed because I didn't feel my concerns were fully heard, and my brows ended up uneven. Since then, I found myself filling them in with makeup while waiting for my yearly maintenance appointment.
This time, for my yearly microblading/ombré/combo maintenance, my experience was completely different. Sara took the time to listen to my concerns, understood exactly what I wanted, and beautifully corrected the asymmetry. My brows now look even, natural, and beautifully shaped.

Secondly, every step of the process is thoroughly explained and I got to see in a mirror, the markings, color, etc, and confirmed with me that what I saw was what I wanted. I wore my regular eyebrow makeup when I arrived so Alexis could get an idea of what I like. The procedure was nearly painless. Afterward the post-care was thoroughly explained and I followed exactly. You have to keep your eyebrows dry, except for the daily, mild washing, so Alexis recommended a visor for wearing in the shower and it worked out perfectly.
