I was a long time customer for close to 15 years and used Joy Hobbs since day 1. She always provided a great service for when I needed to complete my taxes. Joy recently retired and she sent me an email referring me to continue to use Tax Solutions of Central Florida.I emailed the owner, Jim, on 4/8. Jim responded the same day who asked me to send everything to his assistant, Nina. I did just that on 4/11. I provided my phone number as well. I waited for 24 hours and received no response from her. I emailed Jim again on 4/12 letting him know I sent everything to Nina who I did not receive a response from. Absolutely abysmal. I had been recommended to Tax Solutions by an associate, and I regret it wholeheartedly. I had clearly stated all of the items I needed to report - several non-traditional documents and my hobby income, items that made it more than a standard return. They charged me for a more complex return - and then only did a standard! I had to deal with so many fines and late fees the next year! I've tried to contact them multiple times now to request at least some sort of compensation for all of the errors they made, even the extra money I paid for the complex return that was never done, and even though I can see through my email features that they've read each...read full review
