If I could give this company a 0 I would. Everything went great building my pool until the end with excessive additional charges that were not included in the contact in excess of $6,000.00. The trim around the pool is an extremely bad job. Pools, Etc. refused to remove the cement and redo it. The contract included pool supplies such as, brushes, leaf catcher, ect. and I had to demand they honor that part of the contract. They brought me 1/2 of the pool supplies, therefore, the contact was not honored. The pavers purchased were more than needed but Pools, Etc. offered to take them of my hands and keep them for their use, probably another job but did not offer to...read full review
