I purchased a used civic si 2 years ago. The dealership did a great job at glazing this black car and hiding imperfections. As soon as I washed it properly and pulled it into a garage I was so let down. This car had it all marring,swirls,scratches,oxidation it was horrible. I bought a car that needed to be repainted. Well researching ways to save the paint before I spent 7000 plus on a paint job, I decided to get a full paint correction and ceramic coating. I was realistic with my expectations and figured 80 maybe 85 percent could be achieved like I said this cars paint was trashed. Eric surpassed my expectations. My car looks 100 percent better than it did. 95 percent achieved. My car feels like butter and looks like glass. He was honest with me up front about everything. He sent me updates everyday multiple times a day. He was nothing short of a great experience. Not once did I feel uncomfortable with my car in his care. It’s my daily driver so for the price I paid for this correction I’m extremely happy I went to see him and got this work done before repainting. Any of you who don’t wanna go the repaint route but want that black car to look new don’t hesitate to go to Eric at paramount detail. You will not be disappointed at all. I’m bringing my truck to him in the near future to put his touch on it and make it look new. I will be a repeat customer from here on out. Highly recommend! They were very responsive to phone calls and texts. We were able to schedule an appt within a few days. They let me know they were on their way and were on time for the appointment. They were very polite and respectful, plus did an amazing job. Their prices are reasonable too!
These guys did an amazing job detailing my hubby’s truck. We moved to Florida from Wisconsin and the carpet had a thick layer of salt etc from the long winters. Can’t wait foe hubby to get home and see his surprise. Thank you guys you rock 😎
