After coming home to laundry that never made it from the washer to the dryer (and smelled horrendous), I officially hit my limit. All I wanted was clean floors. That’s it. Just clean floors.
With work starting, a packed week ahead, and groceries still not bought, I had that moment. Thankfully, instead of ending up on Snapped, I did the adult thing and asked for help. I found Olga Home Cleaning, a smaller service with great reviews, and decided to give them a try.
I’ll be honest, communication was about a 7/10 for me only because I prefer a quick heads-up when someone is on their way, rather than reaching out myself close to the appointment time. That said… everything else? 100/10.
Karina was my girl, and I could not believe how thorough and fast she was. I work from home and had a client meeting during the clean, so I was a little nervous—but it was seamless. She explained what she was working on, asked thoughtful questions (which I loved), and left my home looking better than it has in years.
Since having my daughter and returning to work, I honestly don’t think my house has felt truly clean…until now. Karina made it shine. I wanted to hug her (?), but respected boundaries… and definitely tipped her instead.
I want her back, and I sincerely hope she loved me as a client as much as I loved her work.“

“very last minute i decided to use cleaning service for move out and every single one i called for quote, wanted to charge me ridiculously high for next day service except maid to clean. they offered me very reasonable price and what i loved that they gave me half an hour window to show up, it was between 12.30 and 1.00 pm and the got there in time as promised. they did a wonderful job. when i was returning the keys to the apartment manager, i told her about the cleaning service and she had asked me for invoice and told me that that would help me to get most of my security deposit, so i called them for invoice and they e-mailed me right away. i would definitely use their service again and highly recommended to everyone“
