I ordered a unique tempered glass shelve from Ace Glass. The ordering processes was simple & the staff provided excellent service. I called Ace because I was having trouble with the parts I bought on line from a different company to repair a window, the very nice lady told me to come in and they could help me find the right part. I got there, a very nice man came and not only put the parts I had back together but showed me what I was doing wrong. I purchased nothing but they treated me with such amazing kindness and professionalism. The level of service that this company gives is beyond excellent!! I had an appointment to go fix another window but called the customer and told her that Ace was the better company and I personally and professionally recommended them to her!!

Was some of the most helpful people that work here. I was in a jam to get replacement handles for an older door and they took the time to not only find old stock but to get mounting hardware for me as well.
