I recently moved to Cape Canaveral and was looking for a home gym. Luckily I found it here at CBFC. The instructors are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and promote a safe training environment. Training partners are willing to exchanged strategies and techniques. An excellent and safe learning environment. ? ?
