“They are responsive to maintenance requests and any questions. They have replaced our stove, refrigerator, and inside & outside AC units. They will do their jobs but they will also let you know when you are responsible for something. I have been asked to fix damages to the property cause by us or our animals (we did) and there weren't any issues after that. You can't be mad when they refuse to shell out money for things you did! However they will replace/repair things as needed that aren't at the fault if the tenant and that's all you can really ask for from a property manager. I have not had any issues with them! I do as they ask, and they do as I ask. It's really very simple.“
