They had great communication were on time fixed everything I needed fixing and it was at a great price. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my plumbing needs.
Absolutely wonderful experience! We found a plumbing leak right before Christmas and were forced to turn off the water to our hot water heater so as to avoid further damage to the line and worse damage to the walls and floor of the utility closet. Christmas not a good time to be without hot water. Chesser plumbing responded via text very promptly to our voicemail! (We were fine with a text or phone response) The text response was from a real human not some useless bot!! She inquired about the problem, asked for our info, and had someone scheduled to come see us ASAP! The appointment was set for the day after Christmas which is fantastic! I have no doubt that if our situation had been an emergency (rather than stabilized and under control) or urgent due to a house full of guests, etc.; they would have sent someone ON Christmas! Better still, the window for arrival was only a few hours. We were not on house arrest for the day. Overall communication was fantastic. We received appointment confirmations and updates about progress via texts from REAL HUMANS! A very nice gentleman showed up EARLY and resolved the issue in about 20 minutes. He replaced the leaking inlet line as well as the outlet line since it was the same age. He went above and beyond by correcting some bad piping that had made it necessary to have tighter than ideal bends in the copper lines which is what led to the damage over the course of years and caused the leak. The price was VERY reasonable! Chesser plumbing is our new go-to!
