Came out 4 different times told us they were slammed. Texted no response. Just didn’t care. Part they said we needed found out was under warranty. They sent the son he spent 4 hours on phone because he didn’t know what he was looking for. Kept telling us the air conditioning couldn’t stand up to heat outside. Called another company they explained everything and it was the part put in not tighten. So we paid 610 for headache and then 530 to a different place I will use always. Trouble was I don’t think they were familiar with Rheem units. Never again.
