This was THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with a repair company. I called at 2:49 p.m. and received a call back from Brandon at 3:02 p.m. to let me know he can come by within 15-20 min. Everything got fixed and he even explained to me what happened, what to do if it happens again, and it was all done in a timely manner. He’s very professional and knowledgeable about his job. I highly recommend this company.
WOW! I called at 08:15 this morning and Brandon was at my door by 09:30. Awesome customer service from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who showed up to get my water flowing again. The repair fee was a lot lower than I expected too. I will be using Mizell Well and Pump for all of my plumbing needs. Thank You so much.
