Mr. Hulme came to my house and never even pulled out a piece of equipment, but said he can't get to the clean-out under my deck. It was so obvious that he didn't want to do the job. I called another company who came the same morning and did the job without any problem or reservations. Though he did absolutely nothing, Mr. Hulme billed American Homeshield for $70 who in turn billed me. The cost to clean out the sewage line from the company who actually did the work was $120. I called Mr. Hulme's company to complain and wanted reimbursed for the $70 but never heard back from him.
