My husband called Sunshine State Heating and Air Conditioning at 11:30 AM for a repair, and by 12 PM, a technician was already at our door, talk about fast response! I also love their tracking app to see how far out your tech is. Our service tech, John K, was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this company for anyone needing reliable and prompt HVAC service. Thank you, Sunshine State, for your exceptional service! What a great team!
I called the office around 10am & by noon danny was at my door. The entire office staff is so helpful! Danny is AMAZING!!! He is super friendly & very honest. He was very professional & informative. He walked me through every step of the process in replacing my unit. Highly recommend!
I called yesterday (on a Saturday) at 11:00 am and a tech named John K. showed up only 30 minutes later. We are signed up with the company’s Maintenance program, and I’m so glad we are. He said it would be a discounted rate of $49 to come out on a Saturday. We had just had maintenance done on our unit about 4 weeks prior with a different tech named Abby. Our a/c unit was now frozen. John spent over an hour at our house servicing our unit and gave us great tips on how to keep our a/c working better and longer. He was amazing. He left telling us there was NO CHARGE, and his visit would be part of/combined with our free maintenance visit a month prior. It’s so refreshing... read full review
