The cuts are always great. The people are friendly and welcoming. The only thing they need to work on is keeping the place clean. I’ve followed them to the third location and lately the quality of clean has gone down. Hair on top of hair on the floor. The capes are covered with hair from the previous day and sticky. The hair had to be from the previous day because my appointment was in the morning. A good shake didn’t take that hair off. They need to invest in two touchless hair vacs for a quick clean, hand dusters to keep their stations cleaned, and a washer and dryer for the capes.
