Monique went over and above expectations in all ways! I called just a few minutes before closing, not thinking I’d be able to get a small bouquet for our next morning elopement. She spent her evening using her contacts to get what she needed for the most perfect bouquet, exactly what I had described to her. Top service, quality and communication! I can’t thank you enough! Platinum Floral Weddings is a truly wonderful company! They far exceeded the bar when they created a gorgeous birthday bouquet for my mother’s birthday. The stunning bouquet absolutely made my mother’s day, and it was delivered to my mother personally by Monique, from Platinum Floral Weddings, with a lovely smile and a happy song.
