Called Mr. Rooter about a pull down kitchen faucet problem (Chris) . They advised me to buy one and gave me an estimate which I did. After receiving the faucet Curtis installed the faucet no surprises. Curtis was knowledgeable professional and efficient. Would use them again without hesitation.
Louis was here to locate and repair a leak behind our kitchen sink. He explained what he had to do, showed me what he found and did an excellent job. Professional, thorough and personable. Thank you!
Two guys came one a apprentice which both were very professional. They came and fixed my water leak near the meter, while one dug up the location of leak I asked them if they could fix the shower which worked except the hot water. They knew exactly what that problem was and had the part in the van to replace the shower module. They fixed my shower and the outside leak to the meter quickly.They garinted the work they preformed. I watched while they worked. Which I was impressed on the quality and knowledge they had.Yes, I am very pleased. I will always call them first. They came an hour after I called to do this job.
